Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Stefaniga D. Cosmin-Lucian PFA ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Services

The Company provides custom web and mobile app development services. All deliverables, timelines, and project specifics are defined in individual project agreements between you and the Company.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Company grants you ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and open-source components remain subject to their original licenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any deliverables.

Warranties

The Company provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for quality and reliability, we do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Responsibilities and payment obligations continue through the termination date.

Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
